Joe Flood

Joe Flood is an author and illustrator working in the field of comics and graphic novels. In addition to his three-part graphic novel, Knee Deep, he has written and illustrated several installments of the First Second series, Science Comics, Sharks: Nature’s Perfect Hunter and Birds Of Prey: Terrifying Talons. Joe has collaborated with writers on several projects such as Chris Schweizer’s Pirates of the Caribbean, Macon Blair’s Liquor City, MK Reed’s Dinosaurs: of Fossils and Feathers and the only graphic novel adaptation of Stan Nicholls’ fantasy series, Orcs. Joe lives with his family in New York's Hudson Valley.
