Dipankar Sarkar is an AI Systems Architect and six-time founder with two decades of experience building technology at the intersection of infrastructure, AI, and consumer products. His work bridges research and industry, including roles as Principal AI Architect at an FCA-regulated fintech and as a builder of consumer social platforms at scale.

As an independent founder and researcher, Dipankar runs Neul Labs, an open-source AI agent infrastructure company built on Rust, and Skelf Research Ltd, an independent AI research lab. He co-directs the archeglyph project, exploring AI and humanities scholarship, and has filed over 60 patents across AI and communication technologies.

Dipankar specializes in Rust systems programming, multi-agent AI orchestration, and cryptographic attestation for AI systems, with a deep focus on open-source, production-grade implementations.
