Angella Luyk

Midnight Janitorial Inc., and its CEO Angella Luyk, has had many proud moments. The first one she will tell you was winning both the 2008 Rochester Business Ethics award as well as the 2009 (National) American Ethics award. These awards are only given to a select few business who model ethical behaviors and practices to their employees, clients and community. Angella would go on to become a finalist and recipient in many more areas including, NY State employer of the year. This is an award given to companies who hire and promote employees with disabilities; they are only one of five companies from Rochester to be honored. Her second greatest accomplishment was fulfilling a life long dream to write and publish a book, “Wisdom in a Traffic Jam”, on sale now. Her book is one of her ways of giving back to the community by showing companies the secrets to owning a wildly successful business. Through out her career, she has helped others from employees, to friends achieve their dreams.
