Daniel Ames

Daniel S. Ames is a poet living and working in Detroit, Michigan. His first book of poems, entitled FEASTING AT THE TABLE OF THE DAMNED, was published in 2011 by Aquarius Press as part of their Living Detroit Series.

Dan’s poems have been featured in, but not limited to, Magnolia: A Florida Journal of Literary and Fine Arts, Merge, Bijou Poetry Review, The Centrifugal Eye, Hudson View Poetry, Flutter Poetry Journal, Thick With Conviction, Thieves Jargon, Circle Show, A Shade of Blue, Tangent, The Tower Journal, Tenemos, Edison Literary Review, Tonopah Review, Iodine Poetry Journal, Pulsar Poetry UK, Renaissance City, Camroc Press Review, Stone’s Throw Magazine and the Ambassador Poetry Project.
