Michael Mitchell

Michael has successfully taught English at various locations around the world, most recently at the University of Western Australia, Perth.

He spent six years in China teaching at a variety of Universities across the country. He taught literally thousands of undergraduates, Master's and Ph.D. students, many of whom would sooner or later be taking IELTS. Most of these students wanted to travel and were grateful for the help and tuition involved with having to take English seriously. When helping students in China he became known as "Professor Michael" because he gave students the confidence to get their passport.

He has now written 3 successful books about how to learn English quickly. All for students whose first language is not English.

He is now retired to Perth, Western Australia where he lives with his wife Au Yin, who is Chinese.
