Dorothy Ruppert

When author Dorothy Ruppert was six years old, she wrote in her diary, "Someday I'd like to be an author." More than sixty years later, her childhood dream materialized when her first book, "God Placed Her in My Path-Lessons Learned from the Furnace of Bipolar Disorder" was published by CrossBooks Publishing Company.

Ruppert's second book, "Sixty Days of Grace," is a collection of short reflections for women of all ages. It depicts the sufficiency of God's amazing grace in all circumstances.

Ruppert lives along the beautiful Mississippi River in Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes. She has been married to the same husband for over fifty years and is now raising two of her grandchildren after the death of her daughter. She has two sons, two daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.
