What's your passion? Going for the magnificent. Inspiring others to find the courage to do their magnificent too, even if stuff happens.

Why do you write? I'm intensely curious about how things come together and work better. It's a mixture of the scientist and artist in me. The Success HealthCheck began from research as did New Eyes while Rice, Unleash Your Voice and Karma in Action began as personal projects. Each comes from something that helps people do better in life and business.

Is there an underlying theme in your books? Yes, it's transformation. It's our ability to imagine something magnificent and then to do the work persevering through the inevitable twists and turns to make it real.

Describe yourself in 10 words? If DaVinci met the Buddha and Buffet and were female...

What's your favourite book project? This is like asking who my favourite kid is! The one that has the most personal meaning is 'Rice'. It was a 30 year dream of Alice, my mother. To do it with here and now have it published, in museums as a contribution to culture and translated into other languages is one very special thing as a daughter.

Some of the facts please: I was born in Australia, immigrated to Canada and since then lived on five continents. I'm a business women, author and artist, running my first multi-million dollar business at 24, before heading overseas and then leading a business for PricewaterhouseCoopers. As an author, I combine research and real life to write about business growth, technology and people.
