In recent years, my professional activities have involved the analysis, flow charting, and documentation of client company operations. I have actively facilitated or participated in strategic meetings and training sessions, successfully interacting with people of different backgrounds at all levels, from CEO to workers on the line.

After graduate school, I worked as an on-air personality on KOAP-FM Golden Hours radio in Portland, Oregon. Upon returning to my home town of Dallas, Texas, I was an outside sales representative for a security company, and an inside technical sales representative for two nutritional supplement manufacturers, Nutri-Dyn and Biotics Research Corporation, for which I became manager of a sales office, providing all technical support the sales force and answering inquiries from physicians and other health professionals via telephone and in person. Later, I formed a partnership in Life Science Consultants, providing research and consultation to clients in the development of environmentally-safe, responsible biological, nutritional, and cosmetic products.

In the late '80s and early '90s, I taught classes in ten foreign countries for a sporting goods manufacturing company, delivering lessons of my own creation. During that time, I developed skill in creating for employers and clients various technical, operations, and sales manuals; brochures; mailing pieces; posters; press releases; and miscellaneous promotional materials.

I have written short stories and authored eleven books on sports and holistic health. I have led professional musical groups since the 1970's and continue to be called upon to be an M.C. and performer (on trumpet) at various musical events. I interact frequently with the media as a result of these activities. Currently, I write books on various topics and musical compositions. I bowl and play golf for exercise and relaxation.
