William E. Caswell

Bill Caswell is an executive coach who began his engineering career in electronics which included involvement in the fields of radar, electronic warfare, optical inspection systems as well as firing rockets into the upper atmosphere with Pan Am World Airways, Guided Missile Range Division. Travel for his work took Bill over all of Canada, U.S., Mexico, Europe and the Far East. It was through this travel that he developed an appreciation of the similarities of behavior among humans, irrespective of culture and formulated ideas of how to get humans to cooperate despite differences. An entrepreneur, Bill established his own high tech company in engineering and computing with offices in Canada, Mexico and United States. Mr. Caswell wrote his first book, "Notes to My Children" in 1984 followed in the year 2000 with a 12-volume business set of books called "The Respect Revolution" comprising 2,270 pages. In 2011 Bill distilled some of the common-sense ideas of his book series into one volume, "How Humans Fight the Laws of Nature - and Lose", intended for the general public. Active in skiing, roller blading, ice skating, biking and hiking at or near his home in Ottawa Canada, Bill enjoys his three children who live in San Francisco, Mexico City and Vancouver BC, respectively. A strong believer in supporting the arts, Bill has been on various boards where he has been Chair person of Opera Lyra Ottawa as well as the Ottawa Bach Choir, which performs globally.
