Elizabeth Marks

Elizabeth Marks was born and raised in a stable home in Southern California but was not taught anything about God. Raised with the "be good" mentality, she quickly found out how empty she was inside. Through a crisis in her marriage, Elizabeth finally came to Christ in 2000. She is a self-proclaimed ex-perfectionist and ex-workaholic who has been freed by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. In 1996, she began writing Bible devotions to encourage her small group. In 2009, she founded ThinkOnIt Bible Ministries (www.thinkonit.org), which is a 501c3 public charity, to encourage and equip others with God's Word through devotions and Bible studies. Elizabeth also volunteers with Saddleback Church's Workplace Ministry where she encourages workplace small group leaders. In addition, Elizabeth works full time in corporate world as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, providing Strategic Planning and Project Management. She and her husband, Steve, are still happily married with two children.
