I have been a personal trainer for ten years and one thing I've learned stands out among the rest - no easy shortcut to being healthy and fit exists. No pill. No single exercise or program. No fad diet. It's hard work. I've achieved fitness the same way everyone else has - sweating, lifting, stretching, running, hydrating, cursing, and crying. Anything worth having takes hard work, doesn't it?
