Adam Garfein, PhD, founder of Devane Advisors and co-founder of Menawat & Co., is an acknowledged authority on operational and business transformation, profit improvement, and execution. His extensive experience spans many industries including aerospace/defense, automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, oil and gas, alternative energy, software, government, construction management, and others.

Dr. Garfein is a proponent of holistic thinking, integrated dynamic analysis, and decisive action. Dr. Garfein earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies, focusing on Gerontology, from the Pennsylvania State University.
