Donna Burbank

Donna Burbank is a recognized industry expert and author, with more than more than 15 years of experience in the areas of data management, metadata management, and enterprise architecture. She has a unique perspective on the field of data management - having helped design and produce several of the leading metadata and data modeling tools in the market today, as well as having spent many years as a consultant implementing these solutions. As a consultant, she has worked with Global 2000 companies worldwide and as a software provider, she has been instrumental in the development efforts at Platinum Technologies, Embarcadero Technologies, and CA Technologies. Donna is a recognized speaker at industry conferences worldwide, and has recently co-authored two books: Data Modeling for the Business and Data Modeling Made Simple Using CA ERwin Data Modeler r8. When she's not working with data, she's either climbing up a mountain, or skiing down one.
