Eileen L. Cooley

Eileen L. Cooley earned her doctorate at Emory University and is a Professor Emerita of Psychology at Agnes Scott College. She has been a licensed psychologist in Georgia for over 25 years and authored the children's book, Why Do My Feet Say YES When My Head Says NO?
