Robin Edwards spent several years working in the Middle East with the military before returning to the UK to pursue a career in the media; writing, producing and directing for television and advertising. He was a founder of regional broadcaster Westcountry Television and Business Digest, the largest weekly circulation business magazine in Eastern Europe, where he also acted as advisor and speechwriter to senior politicians and industrialists. He has more than twenty creative awards his name and is author of novels Nearly Swinging, The Gravecloth of Christ, Red Incubus, 9th of Ramadan and Dodger in Oz; the children’s novels Slaves!, Enemies!, My Ghost & Me; and travel memoire Istanbul or Bust.
