Sandy Pollock

Sandy Pollock is a New York Times Best-Selling author and one half of the duo known as the Casserole Queens. Sandy and her Co-Queen Crystal Cook have taken their fresh-from-scratch meals from their home in Austin, Texas to the stages of Throwdown! with Bobby Flay, The Today Show, QVC, and more. The Queens are contributing editors to Woman's Day magazine and have been featured on Epicurious, Oprah.com, and Martha Stewart Living Radio. They're also earning a new legion of fans with their own web series on the YouTube food channel HUNGRY.

"The Casserole Queens Cookbook" spent three weeks on the New York Times Best Sellers list. Their second book, "The Casserole Queens Make-a-Meal Cookbook," will be released in August, 2013.

Sandy is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York and has worked as a chef at Austin restaurants Jeffrey's and Cipollina. She lives in Washington, DC.
