As an "older" well-travelled woman, I have accumulated many funny/serious stories and had my wins and losses. I am an inquisitive explorer of human nature. I am an author, Essayist, Poet, Biographer, Ghost Writer and columnist. I write because it's who I am and I hope it inspires women and girls to think independently and believe in themselves. I have just authored my first "news-zine" specifically aimed at women of all ages.

I have published 6 books of poetry, a novella "For My Sins"under a pseudonym Vivica Cassan; 3 books of Esssays, poetry and favourite quotations. "Under the Influence of Love", "Acts of Defiance" which are all on Kindle; the third is in abeyance as there is an issue with the Kindle version still to be resolved, title "In a Nutshell". and I recently added a Pocket Coaching book for young people.

My latest book, is a romantic novel, my first, written initially as a dare during Covid.

and after much re-thinking and some editing, published "Temperature Rising" on Kindle this month.
