He holds a Master of Science degree in E-Business Management from the University of Luton (UK), following an undergraduate education in English Literature in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Based in the United Kingdom, Mr. Shahalam works as an e-business consultant and green hydrogen advocate, focusing on how technology and sustainable innovation can support democratic development and economic justice.
