Alison Maitland

Alison Maitland is a writer, speaker, coach and adviser. Specializing in leadership, inclusion and the changing world of work, she has co-authored three books, INdivisible, Future Work and Why Women Mean Business. As an ICF-credentialed coach, she works with leaders who want to increase their positive impact, notably in creating more inclusive and sustainable organisations. A former long-serving journalist with the Financial Times, she is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Business School (formerly Cass) in London. She is Chair of the School's Global Women’s Leadership Programme Executive Board.
