Tom G. Rose

Tom G. Rose (1939- )was born in Southern California and while attending early morning seminary (an L.D.S. youth class) received a strong spiritual testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. Feeling the desire to share his new found knowledge, Tom submitted his mission application and was called on a 2 1/2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to northern Mexico. Following his mission he attended Brigham Young University and studied to become a full-time seminary teacher. During the next 37 years, Tom had several unusual experiences with the Book of Mormon teaching high school and college age youth and working for four years as a Seminary Curriculum Writer, and for twenty-one years in the Church's Curriculum Department. During the past fifty years he has read the Book of Mormon at least fifty times and has studied it carefully along with the Bible. Tom discovered many internal "proofs" that the Book of Mormon could not have been written by Joseph Smith or any other mortal but is of Divine origin. Tom's book: "Proof: How to Know the Book of Mormon Is True" contains several amazing "proofs."
