Alex Carberry

Alex Carberry is a British born author, thinker, activist and lifelong student, who was raised in Guyana, South America on the edge of the Amazon jungle.

He has written on diverse topics, Spanning cosmology to geo-politics. His enduring interest is in exploring Sufic cosmology to illuminate contemporary issues. He has developed and refined his approach by over 22 years of sufic practice. His soon to be published book The Elemental Dance, examines one of the foundations of Sufic Cosmology, whilst the current project, 'Knowing Yourself: Discover Your True Nature With The Ancient Sufi Wisdom', examines the manifestation of the Four Elemental Forms - Elemental: Earth, Air, Fire and Water - in personality types. Another branch of his work examines the creation as language, the deeper meaning of language and self-identification as narrative. The strands of Elemental Universe, personality types and language come together in his work on Khaldunian Bio-Politics, developing insights into world events.

As an activist he has been involved in the movement to establish sound bi-metallic money and a just economy, whilst as a student, he studies Sufism, Daoist Martial arts, traditional medicine, philosophy, history and psychology.
