Steven Blais

Steve Blais entered the field of computers in 1968 and has spent the time since then in various roles: programmer, analyst, designer, tester, project manager, and business analyst as well as serving in upper level management in several companies. He currently lives in Florida and travels the world providing advice, counsel, training and consulting to organizations in business analysis processes. Business Analysis: Best Practices for Success is the first of a series of books on the business analyst profession.
