SR Staley

Nowhere are my creative energies spiked more than in my fiction writing. Over the course of four books in the Pirate of Panther bay series, for example, I have been able to tell the evolving story of Isabella, a pirate captain, and her rogue crew as they run from pirate hunters and search for their own place in the world.

But it's not just fiction. My book on the Beatles really attempted to unearth a new perspective on the creative energies that drove this band to unprecedented commercial and artistic success.

I have traveled extensively, giving speeches, lectures and workshops in dozens of cities in the U.S. as well as Europe and Asia. (I've been to China & Hong Kong more than 30 times since 1992). I have traveled to 42 U.S. states and 100 U.S. cities.

I earned my B.A. in economics-public policy from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, my M.S. in applied economics from Wright State University, and my Ph.D. in public policy & management from The Ohio State University.
