Butch Berardesco

Butch Berardesco, graduating from Asbury Park High at the bottom of his class, is the most unlikely writer of our time. Voted the most likely to die before the age of 30, and educated on the streets of the Jersey shore with priorities that valued partying above all else, he quickly fell into a world of bikers, drinking and drugs.

Shortly after his first child was born, he had an after death experience that should have changed his life; it didn't. He remained trapped in a world of drugs and riotous living. Five years later, he overdosed again.

With God’s mercy, he was given a second chance - a second time, and began a new life.

Years later, God blessed him with a new wife Patricia, and with her assistance they began their first journey into the field of writing, by producing a Construction Manual for his given trade of handrail installation on high rise building.

Several years later, he felt inspired to write: “The Genesis Chip” which has now been retitled, “The Genesis Incident”. This time-travel action/adventure novel, takes you through the exciting days of Creation achieved a 5 star rating on Amazon.

The Berardesco team just finished a short story prequel entitled “A.K.A. The Vapor". Follow the amusing journey of Madison Marino, as she transforms herself into Rebecca Weege, one of the many colorful characters featured in "The Genesis Incident".

“Face to the Floor”, is now Butch's third writing. It is the true account of his raw and incredible journey from real-death to real-life. It is currently being read and studied by inmates to help them overcome addiction and the sin that so easily besets us.

Butch is an ordinary guy on an extraordinary mission, spreading the word that "creation makes sense"!
