Juan Carlos Jimenez

I started working professionally in 1978 as a graphic designer. Since then I have worked as a creative director in publishing companies, print media, design studios and advertising agencies.

In 1990 I founded Cograf Comunicaciones, where I dedicate myself to the design and execution of a great diversity of brand identity projects, corporate image, marketing, sales, customer service and corporate communication strategies.

I develop various advisory and professional training programs, aimed at promoting a culture of customer service and attention, and building high-performance work teams based on values of personal excellence.

In these areas I have worked for hundreds of private companies, public institutions and non-governmental social organizations.

I am the author of the books Boost your career, Assist clients artistically, Dialogue 2 point 0, Supreme Art, Learn effectively, Expand your opportunities, The Value of Values in Organizations, E-mail at Work, Marketing.com and Business.com.

I have been a visiting professor at various Venezuelan universities and management institutes on branding and brand identity, digital marketing, management and leadership skills.

I constantly share ideas and recommendations in numerous workshops, conferences and events, private ("in company") and public.
