Lisa Rayner

Lisa Rayner writes about weaving techniques and patterns, permaculture, solar cooking, home canning, and sourdough baking, since 1996. Lisa has lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico at 7,000 feet elevation at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in the Rio Grande Rift, and in Flagstaff, Arizona at 7,000 feet at the foot of the San Francisco Peaks on the Colorado Plateau. Growing up, Lisa spent their childhood exploring the forests, creeks, and beaches of northern Delaware and learned how to weave on rigid heddle, shaft, and frame looms from their mother.
