Expected little and demanded nothing; little food, water, and that’s about it. Always there, a pat on the head or a little rubbing on her back, and she was good to go. Patient and abiding. Faithful, knowing that I would do what is right. She was always there, regardless. Now she’s dead and sorely missed.

Just finished two more books. Will update this soon.

Hi Folks,

Well, I've been meaning to add something here, since my book was first listed last year. Like lots of things in my life, I'm a little slow moving and a little late in acting.

Since the book became available, I've often thought about making some changes. Presently, I have another thirty or so stories, which I'll use for book two if I ever get to fifty-five. I've thought about swapping some of those stories for some that are in this book. Of course, it's almost impossible to be but so objective when trying to evaluate something you've written. Today, I feel that with possibly a couple of exceptions, the book is at least consistent with the description.

At times I'm a little troubled by wondering if you folks who are buying these books feel as though, the book is as described. More importantly, I'm concerned that you feel as though you got you money's worth. I'm still a little thrilled when I learn of another sale...though always ask myself, Hey, did you give the folks an OK book?

This book is called a self-published book. The publisher is CreateSpace, which is either a division of Amazon or a company owned by Amazon. What does this mean? Well, I didn't have an agent and there wasn't a bidding war among publishers. Nope, I just went to CreateSpace and entered my book and they did the rest, including giving me free ISBN numbers and, listing it on Amazon and several other book sellers. If you are a writer and want to get your book in print, I encourage you to consider CreateSpace. You can get your book in print without any out-of-pocket expense.

Wow, just sold some books in December. Christmas presents? If so, sure hope the folks enjoy them.

I'm trying to get book two ready to be printed in a couple of months. Basically the same format and, yes, another 55 stories. Also, there will be some commentary.

By the way, I'm an atheist and yes I do write about religion. Just thought I'd let you all know.
