Mike Jaroch was born in Chicago, Il., the third oldest of thirteen children. When he was 6 years old, his parents moved to the small northern Illinois town of Mundelein. Mike believes he was very fortunate to grow up in such a place and at such a time. With a business degree from Northern Illinois University and a MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, he has enjoyed a very successful career with both large Fortune 50 companies and technology start-up ventures. For the past twelve years, he has been an independent management consultant working with a multitude of companies across a wide range of industries. He and his wife, Marsha, now reside in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Their two children, Julie and Michael, have blessed them with five grandsons.
The guidance for those five boys was a primary motivation for Mike to capture his life of lessons and the stories behind them in his popular new book "Extraordinary Lessons From An Ordinary Life" As for his long-standing popular childrens books "The Adventures of the Sneeky Sneekers" the idea for the series came from Mike's own experiences. As a young boy, Mike organized a similar club with his younger brothers, Chipp, Randy, and Rod. The club provided the four boys with a wonderful outlet for their childhood fantasies.
