Tami Parr

Tami Parr is the author of Artisan Cheese of the Pacific Northwest (Countryman 2009) and Pacific Northwest Cheese: A History (Oregon State University Press 2013). She is also the creator of the Pacific Northwest Cheese Project website. Her writing has appeared in a variety of publications including The Oregonian, Northwest Palate and Edible Portland.
