Adie has over 35 years experience working as and with C level and senior managers across the non-profit, public and commercial sectors, in the UK and internationally. His work is very powerful, elegant and he rapidly achieves results.

He established and led a successful leadership development and executive training consultancy for ten years, before taking a senior corporate role. Since 2002, he has been operating as a leadership development consultant helping individuals and organisations free themselves of old patterns, learn new skills and develop more useful habits so they can create the successful and resilient organisational cultures.

Neuro Linguistic Programming: NLP for Executive and Professional Development is his first book.
