Kitty Wintrob

Kitty Wintrob was born in London's East End and was one of a multitude of London school-children evacuated to foster parents in the countryside at the start of World War Two. Her memoir tells the story of that experience. She and her husband Ralph live in Toronto Canada and often give talks to churches, synagogues, book clubs and library groups. Although she wrote I'm Not Going Back for children, adults love it too!
