Jeffery B. Cook

Jeffery B Cook is a professor of history at North Greenville University. He is the author of numerous articles on twentieth-century American politics. He has authored three books most notably Harry S. Truman: Continuity and Change (New York: Nova Science Publishers, 2012), and the Dictionary of Literary Biography: American World War II Correspondents (Detroit: Gale Cengage, 2011). A a fourth book Aretas Brooks Fleming: Building a Kingdom of Coal is currently under contract with West Virginia University Press and is scheduled for release in 2015. He is currently working on two additional books, including the 1907 Monongah Coal Mine Disaster, and Blood in the Snow: The Assassination of Jock Yablonski.

In addition to his research, Cook has received a number of fellowships and grants to facilitate a very heavy research schedule. He lives in South Carolina with his wife and four daughters where he teaches and operates a very successful small business.
