Biographies are such strange little nodes! I stare blankly at the screen each and every time I'm asked to submit one. Where do I start? What shall I include? To me all that I do is relatively boring in comparison to someone achieving the summit of Everest! However I will do my best to give you a brief poor man's Curriculum Vitae of what I have accomplished so far in my 54 years upon this planet.

I went to school - hated it - quit in high school and started to work. I worked various jobs until one day a nice office job landed in my lap. I spent 13 yrs with the insurance company and now another 13 with a promotional company.

I've been married (three times) and divorced twice. I have a wonderful husband who both adores and tolerates me. I have two grown children and 6 grandchildren who I would rock this world for. I have a great large family and we are close, seeing each other weekly or even more than that if possible. We are also most fortunate to still have our parents together and still living. My greatest gift.

I play piano with great leanings toward jazz and blues. I did play classical violin until my neck gave out. I also strum on the mandolin (the instrument not the veggie cutter) and bang away on the Bodhram drum on occaision.

I've dabbled in the arts and have painted about 15 paintings and still sign up for classes I know I'll never succeed at but find stimulating all the same.

I am a electronic junkie. I can't live without my IPHONE and ponder the need for my laptop at all except when I write its frustrating when IPHONE decides what language I am using. It can be quite hilarious at times to read what I sent as opposed to what I want to say!

I live in Canada, Province of Ontario and live centrely. The weather is not bad though we tend to obsess about it too much! The summer's been grand and I love the fall. Favorite time of year when the bugs find someone else to bother.

I have a cat and his name is Wiccan. He's a great pet and keeps me entertained.

I follow politics and can't decide at this point if the Green Party or the NDP should get my vote.

I love to write but in spurts. I first started writing poetry (Oh G-d bad poetry now that I re-read some of it!) when I was 42. After a couple years and about 500 poems I started to write stories. This was a lot more fun. I signed up for the notorious Canadian 3 Day Novel Contest and I was hooked. I've written now 6 times I believe and out of those books, two were published 2005 and 2006 (Lineage and Ring of Lost Souls) and then after that I self published. I love being able to reach the whole world. It is like Christmas when someone writes me and says, "Hey! I found your book at the used book store or online etc (Thank you Facebook!) and they tell me how much they loved it! I took 3 days to write it but they are still out there milling around and I am still writing and hoping one day to get it right - become better than I've so far realized.

I call myself a pilot project forever in motion. Yes this is me in a nut shell :)
