Jane Horan

Jane Horan, EdD, is a leadership advisor and author specializing in inclusive leadership and organizational change. Over 25 years, she has worked across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, holding executive roles at Disney, Mondelēz (formerly Kraft), and GE before founding The Horan Group in 2009. Her clients include Abbott, ADB, Barclays, HP, HSBC, KKR, and Microsoft.

She holds a Doctorate in Leadership Education from the University of Bristol and serves as Associate Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong and Senior Fellow at The Conference Board Asia Pacific.

Horan is the author of four books, including Coaching Inclusion: Empowering Behaviours for Positive Change (Palgrave Macmillan, 2026), How Asian Women Lead, I Wish I'd Known That Earlier in My Career, and Now It's Clear: The Career You Own.
