Carla Kelly

Carla Kelly (1971-) was born in New Zealand to English parents, and she grew up on small farms in rural areas. She has since lived in numerous countries, including Thailand, Australia, and Scotland, and worked in the Hospitality industry for a number of years. She has been vegan for close to 10 years and uses her experience of the cultures and cusines of other countries in her recipes. She currently resides in Burnaby, BC, Canada with her family.
