Ashley Kennedy

Ashley Kennedy is an author, teacher and editor. She teaches in the post-production curriculum at Columbia College Chicago, and is a freelance master instructor for Avid Technology. She has also authored several extensive e-courses for the online training site, lynda.com. She is the former Principal Instructor at Avid Technology, Inc., where she developed and taught Avid certified courses, contributing to more than a dozen in-classroom and e-learning courses.

Ashley holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois, and an M.F.A in Film from Boston University. She currently lives in the Chicago area with her husband and daughter.
