Steve Emrick was born to inspiring parents in a time where a hard working man provided for his family and the mother raised the offspring. Born on December 10th the month before the 60's started, Steve grew up in a community of kids not knowing about the depression's enfluence with the world at their feet. Inspired to dream and grow by his mother, Steve thought there wasn't any mountian he couldn't climb, so everyday as a kid, he climbed. Through the years memories were stuck in his mind that enriched his life as most kids did. Not to say he didn't have struggles but like Barbra sang "What's to painful to remember, we simply choose to forget." His books are filled with dreams and memories we all had and adventures we all want to go on. If some words get misspelled now and then, see it as his authintic vision of a real world author giving you his perspective of a 70's education. His hope is that you will be inspired to be a kid and remember the "good old days" when dreaming wasn't only allowed but encouraged.
