Keith Stephenson

Keith Stephenson is a life-long educator. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Stephenson has served as an elementary teacher, middle school teacher, assistant principal, and principal. He has served as a principal of both a traditional public school and charter school. To support the appropriate development of the next generation of leaders, he serves as an adjunct professor teaching leadership courses. Dr. Stephenson regularly presents at national education conferences and provides seminars and professional development activities for school leaders. Writing "The Principal's Cycle" provided Dr. Stephenson with the long awaited opportunity to reflect on his leadership skills. Keith Stephenson resides in Washington, DC.
