KJ Tillinghast

KJ Tillinghast lives and writes in Eugene, Oregon. The son of World War Two airplane pilots, his father was a bush pilot in Alaska, and mother one of the pioneering WASPs. He began writing at age ten when he won a writing contest for a short science fantasy piece and began his first novel, Lycanthrope, at aged twelve. Though Kittyhawks is his first published novel, Mr. Tillinghast has written about the Vietnam War and corporate espionage.

He is currently at work on a second John Cutter novel about al Qaeda terrorists in America.
