IRIS M FORD

Iris Ford is a retired minister of the Presbyterian Church living on lovely Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. She loves being near the ocean as she grew up in Bermuda! As a youth, Iris took piano lessons at the Toronto Conservatory of Music. Now she plays for pleasure and to help out their church’s organist every once in a while. Rev. Ford started out as a deaconess until her church opened the way for the ordination of women to the ministry. She has some interesting roots, having traced her family back to Robert Browning’s father—yes, the poet! She has come by her gift with words and for writing naturally as her father’s mother was a Browning. Iris has always had a great interest in sharing her life story.
