Michael Elsen

Michael attended culinary school, and was focused on the magickal and healing properties of food. This focus allowed him to create a cuisine from the artistic and energetic. His understanding of magickal influences and flavors are intuitively and instinctively transmuted into a magickal cuisine which is infused with intent.

Michael Elsen is a Witch, teacher, writer, and a chef with over 20 years of professional culinary experience, focusing on the vibrational energy of food. His practice operates on a shared paradigm of science and devotion, drawing power and Inspiration from nature, offering personal creativity in service to the Gods, the people, and the Earth.

He is the founder of Blue Lotus Grove of the Unicom Tradition. He holds minister credentials through Covenant of the Goddess serving the Atlanta, Georgia area where he dedicates his time volunteering for pagan community groups, teaching Wiccans, and fostering improved relations between Wiccans, Pagans, and other religious groups.
