Dan Ashman went down the road less traveled, pursuing and succeeding at poker, competitive soccer, writing three books, learning several languages, and learning to code data analytic models.
He dropped out of college to play soccer in Bolivia where he got some shocking real world experience. Having been raised a Massachusetts socialist, and then living in Bolivia, his political views transformed into their opposite. He realized that the ideology of socialism was a mirage, a lie, a psychology of bitterness, and most importantly realized that socialism was dangerous. This realization was the inspiration that gave birth to his next project, Ashman Free Press. A full service publishing house.
The mission of Ashman Free Press is to seek out the best authors in their respective field, the mavericks who the main stream suppress & ignore. He looks for authors who stand on the side of civilization and stand up for their beliefs. It is our pleasure to promote such authors and their great work.
