Dr. Jay M Lipoff

Dr. Jay M. Lipoff has a B.S. degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College.

He has written five books, all listed on Amazon, and has focused on helping enrich people's lives and health. They are "Back At Your Best: Balancing the Demands of Life With the Needs of Your Body," "Are You Ready To Be A Hero?", Super Coco "Will You Be My Friend?" (both Hero and Coco are available in Spanish), and most recently, MEGALODON UNEARTHED: Unlocking the Secrets behind the Ultimate Prehistoric Shark, and Donny the Megalodon and the JAWsome Miocene Adventure.

He is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Foundation 4 Heroes, which has a mission to Inspire Children and Honor Veterans. Currently, the F4Heroes team visits 1000s of families and Veterans each year.

Lipoff had previously taught skiing to Special Olympics athletes, taught classes at Syracuse University, and served as a clinician at New York Chiropractic College.

Dr. Jay has been awarded the Arnold Schwarzenegger Legacy Award in recognition of his promotion of health, wellness, and fitness, but most importantly for inspiring others. William Donald Schaefer Award - For his commitment in service to those in need and making their communities a better place to live. He also received a Hero Award from the local Boy Scouts of America for his community service. Foundation 4 Heroes recently received the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home’s Above & Beyond Award, presented In Recognition of Outstanding Service and Contributions to Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.

Dr. Lipoff resides in Southern Maryland with his wife Julie and their two sons and remains in private practice.
