George C. Frank

George C. "Joe" Frank", FABFEI, President, Frank Consulting, Ltd. specializes in forensic investigations & expert testimony related to construction. Mr. Frank attended California State Polytechnic College where he majored in Agriculture.

He was the qualifying party for licenses in General Building & Heavy Construction; Plumbing; Boilers; Steamfitting & Process Piping in the State of Arizona for over 40 years, and currently remains licensed as a Commercial Contractor.

His projects resume, since entering the construction/ engineering field in 1957, includes supervision in both design and construction on over 36 billion dollars worth of completed construction in 12 states and 4 foreign countries.

Since embarking into the field of construction consulting, in 1981, Mr. Frank has conducted over 900 forensic investigations, in 8 states, and the Territory of Guam.

Specializations include: on-site testing, reconstructive laboratory testing

and failure analysis, using finite graphics to support the findings and conclusions rendered.

In addition to his forensic endeavors, he serves as a neutral on the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators and Mediators for the American Arbitration Association and is a member of its local Construction Advisory Committee. Mr. Frank was awarded Fellow status with the American Board of Forensic Examiners and is a Board Member and Advisor on the American Board of Forensic Engineering & Technology.
