Doug Campbell

Doug Campbell was born in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England in 1950 and went to Medical School in Cardiff. He worked as a family doctor for 32 years before retiring in 2010. He is married to his second wife and they have six daughters between them. Although the author and director of local hospital pantomimes over the years he has only started writing seriously for two years. Tooth for a Tooth is his first full length novel.

He enjoys walking the south's coastal paths and any hills he can travel to from his New Forest, Hampshire home. He has been trying to learn to swing a golf club since retirement but with very limited success.
