Douglas Slain shows exempt issuers how to raise debt or equity capital using the JOB Act's Rule 506(b, Rule 506(c, Reg A+ or Regulation S.

Douglas has been coaching exempt issuers how to use JOBS Act exemptions since 2013. Before that, he designed and executed pre-JOBS Act private placements for over 3 decades.

Douglas was chair of the ABA's largest committee on professional responsibility for two years and served as an ABA rule of law adviser to the Ministry of Economy for the Republic of Latvia for one year. He taught at Stanford Law School as an adjunct law professor and he founded and published four authoritative monthly national law reporting services now owned by Thomson-Reuters.
