I am an economist who specialises in labour market developments and policies. My research focuses on the impact of labour regulations, such as employment protection legislation, working hours, labour costs and unemployment insurance, as well as employment policies, including hiring subsidies, training and youth programmes. I have just published a book on discrimination and am currently working on several research projects on the same topic.
