Tai Sheridan

Tai Sheridan is a writer, painter, and contemplative teacher whose work explores attention, embodiment, and the creative process of being alive.

His books reflect a lifelong interest in how people live with awareness, coherence, and imagination in ordinary life. Rather than offering systems or self-improvement programs, his work invites careful attention to experience as it unfolds.

Sheridan is the author of books in the Being Alive and Creative Living libraries, as well as writings on contemplative practice and everyday philosophy.

He also hosts the Returning Circle, a small community that meets regularly to sit, read, write, and reflect together.

His work is published through Single Stone Studios.
