Lyndsy Spence was born in Northern Ireland in 1988. Her first book The Mitford Girls' Guide to Life was published by The History Press in August 2013. In 2012, Lyndsy co-wrote a film, The Flower Girl, directed by Emmy Award winner Nick Nanton which was shot on location in L.A. Her screenplay, a biopic of Vivien Leigh and Laurence Olivier, is in development with Ariana Entertainment. She founded The Mitford Society, an online community dedicated to the Mitford Girls. Her interests include classic cinema, vintage fashion and the British aristocracy.
