Dr. Takatoshi Tsujimura started R&D work in IBM for TFT-LCD commercialization and was selected as one of the "10 best engineers/researcher in 10 best Japanese companies" by Nikkei Electronics Magazine. He demonstrated OLED's capability for large TV and received SID Special Recognition Award in 2008. He moved to Kodak as a director and developed 100% NTSC white + color filter OLED display (IDW08, Ph.D thesis), which has become industry standard of OLED-TV. He is currently a Konica Minolta Fellow and CTO of Konica Minolta Pioneer Inc. He received SID Fellow Award in 2013 for OLED-TV commercialization and IEEE EDS Paul Rappaport Award in 2017. He is the President of Society for Information Display (SID). Dr. Tsujimura holds 144 patents worldwide.
